Hello my name is Richard Riley I am put in this N because My truck has recently been broken into at least 4 to 5 times And in the last 2 months for some reason corporate or some someone is Dublin my Rent there was supposed to go up $20 but they're doubling the whole thing and I continue have to ask the office to help me take care of this so either the all place is not doing their job and don't care our corporate don't care I've been asking for the past couple months for garage in the office continues to ignore me when I know they have grudges open It's almost like they get to hand pick who they want To have a garage am I rent going up kind of made me aggravated because I didn't really think that it should because these apartments are not worth what you're asking for and yes I know if I don't like I can move but just let you know that I feel that you're asking too much

Happy Tenants

We wish to share our experience of living at the Arbours at Silver Lake. We first want to thank the management and staff. They were very helpful, friendly, courteous, informational, and willing to work with you. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful view. The grounds are well kept and there is a pool and play area for all. The other tenants are friendly. The transition process to become tenants and then move on was made easy and worry free. Perhaps the biggest factor in our stay was the fact that we felt safe there. We absolutely give them our highest recommendation and appreciation. Thanks again to all at the Arbours at Silver Lake.

Our first choice out of all complexes we visited

Moved here last June from NY. We love our apartment. The Office Staff are like family, as are the Maintenance Staff. On 3 occasions we needed minor repairs and they were addressed immediately. The location is perfect for us-near to shopping and restaurants in one direction and country roads forever in the other. A real gem in all ways!

Great apartments and staff!

Ms Kimberly and her staff are FANTASTIC! They are helpful and courteous. The complex is clean and quiet and I believe that is due to a great management team. Whenever I needed help with a maintenance issue or had questions about any of the amenities, they responded quickly. I never felt like it was a hardship for them when I had questions. Just an overall great place to live! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and beautiful place to live!

GREAT place to live

Wow, I rate the management and maintenance staff not a 10 but 100 or A+ My awesome experience begin at completing the application process with Kimberly and Me'chell. They were professional at the same time being warm, welcoming, and down to earth. On move in day a maintenance staff (do not remember his name) approach me and offer words of welcome then ask if he could do anything. i asked if he had a hand truck, he quickly left returned in a few minutes with a hand truck told me "take your time with it". I have had a couple of maintenance request and they were handled quickly, professionally and with a friendly attitude. It took me a year to find a vacancy here, I know why Arbour at Silver Lake is a popular place to live and the vacanies do not last long. Huge thanks to the staff for making me feel at home and part of the family.

Great 2 years!

I lived there for a total of 2 years and left due to a move out of state. The complex and amenities were neat and clean...no bugs!! :-) The staff were always friendly, courteous and quick to respond to any concerns. I had 2 maintenance requests during my time there. One was taken care of the same day and the other a day later...can't beat that for efficiency! Thank you so much Kimberly, Me'Chell, Frederick and Santos!

I enjoy my community

I just want to start with Ms Kim being one the most caring and professional people I have met, Ms Kim and the rest of the staff resolves as fast as they can even though at times that I have step into the office and I know they are really busy they will stop to greet me and make me feel like I am not a bother at all and that makes me feel nice and also welcome at all times. I hope Ms Kim and her staff stays the same I enjoy their service and all that they do.

More like a neighborhood rather than apartment complex

What a lovely sense of community - from the well maintained and clean grounds through to the hospitable staff! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming- we spoke with some current residents who tell us they can't imagine living anywhere else. We applied same day as our visit and really look forward to making this our next home!
